My name is Sarah. I graduated from Hartpury University with a degree in Sports Therapy and a Masters in Strength & Conditioning. I've worked across various sports including football, rugby, hockey, and tennis. Currently working solely with Smiths RFC in Cheltenham alongside my clinic.

I used to play rugby myself  and I love staying active, walking, hiking, padel, and going to the gym. But you do not need to be an athlete to work with me. My passion is to help people feel and move better by giving you all the tools you need to recover optimally.
